Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which we are subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR serves as the legal basis.

If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of EMPAIA International e. V.  or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of you as the data subject do not outweigh our legitimate interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR forms the legal basis for the processing.

General Access to the Website

When you visit the EMPAIA International e. V. website, your browser transmits various information for the technical provision of the requested website. This includes

4. the exact web address of the website accessed.
Without the transmission of this essential information, this website cannot be accessed and displayed.

Newsletter
If you have registered for our regular newsletter, we will use your name and email address to send you the newsletter on the basis of your consent. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. When you unsubscribe, your data will no longer be used for the newsletter. If you are not a EMPAIA International e. V. member or use other EMPAIA International e. V. services, we will delete your data after you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
